Peter Götke is a London-based capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience in investor relations (IR) and Depositary Receipt (DR) advisory. As Founding Partner at Borg Capital Insights Ltd, he focuses on supporting issuers, exchanges, and financial institutions in developing effective capital market strategies and strengthening international investor engagement.

Before co-founding Borg Capital Insights, Peter held senior positions at BNY Mellon, Deutsche Bank, and S&P Global, where he led corporate sales, and worked with team leaders across product development. During his career, he has worked with issuers, exchanges, regulators, and advisers across multiple regions, helping expand access to global capital and improve international market visibility. Earlier, he led Thomson Reuters Corporate Services for the Asia-Pacific region, based in Hong Kong, supporting listed companies with their investor relations and market access initiatives.

Peter also serves on the board of the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA) and continues to advise on initiatives that promote transparency, best practice, and cross-border investor connectivity. He brings a wealth of international experience, a deep understanding of global market dynamics, and a proven record in establishing and scaling financial advisory businesses.

Alexander Kalinin is a London-based capital markets professional with over 15 years of experience in Depositary Receipts (DRs), investor relations, and cross-border listings. As Founding Partner at Borg Capital Insights Ltd, he advises American Depositary Receipt (ADR) and Global Depositary Receipt (GDR) issuers on market access, programme structuring, and investor engagement strategies.

He has deep expertise in building connectivity between international investors and issuers in Central and Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Middle East, particularly through GDR listings and capital market development initiatives. His work focuses on enhancing transparency, access, and long-term investor engagement between emerging and developed markets.

Before establishing Borg Capital Insights, Alexander held senior roles at S&P Global (IHS Markit) and Deutsche Bank, where he led origination, client coverage, and market development initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Earlier, as Head of Communications and Marketing at VTB Capital in London, he oversaw international financial communications and investor engagement in support of the firm’s global investment banking operations.

Alexander holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a Master’s in Linguistics and Intercultural Communication from Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Richard O’Connor is a London-based capital markets and investor relations professional with over 30 years of experience advising global financial institutions and listed companies. As Senior Advisor at Borg Capital Insights Ltd, he supports boards and management teams on governance, ESG communication, and investor engagement, drawing on a career that spans leadership roles across banking, capital markets, and asset management.

Before joining Borg Capital Insights, Richard spent eight years as Global Head of Investor Relations at HSBC Holdings plc, where he worked closely with the Board, Chair, CEO, and CFO on strategic communication and shareholder engagement across multiple markets. Prior to HSBC, he served as Head of Investor Relations at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group (now NatWest), contributing to major capital raisings, IPOs, and the UK government’s share sale programme.

Earlier in his career, Richard held senior investment and research positions at leading asset management firms, including Clerical Medical (now known as Insight Investment), where he managed large equity portfolios and led global research initiatives. An award-winning IR leader, he is known for his strategic insight, governance expertise, and deep understanding of the global investor landscape.
